How come I cant get a quote, if i am not in a CB postcode?
At this moment in time we are only covering the CB area. But please contact us on 01353 699500 and we will do are best to help you.
Can I text over a picture message over from my phone for a quote ?

Are your employees CRB checked ?
Yes they are.
Will Easy Build use third party contractors?
We may do if it involves specialised work.
How long will it take to receive my quote ?
We aim for you to receive it back on the same working day unless there is any specialised work which may take a bit longer to quote for.
What happens if the job is not the same as the work quoted for?
If the information and pictures we have received from you are correct and detailed then all work should be completed the same as your original quote.
Are you guaranteed to turn up on time ?
We will always let you know if there are any changes to your appointment.
Can I pay over the phone with debit/credit card ?
Yes we have that facility.

Yes for a Year subject to normal wear and tear.
I dont have the means to take a picture would you be able to visit my property to quote ?

What if I am not happy with the finished work ?
We will not leave your property until you personally have inspected the work and our happy with the finished results.
Will you price match a quote from another builder ?
We would definitely look at the job and give you a competitive quote.
Can I buy a gift voucher from you ?
Yes you can. We can even arrange to do some work for someone else on your behalf for a surprise Birthday/Anniversary or Christmas gift. If you can send us a picture of the work required we can send you a quote and provide a Gift card with the picture of the job printed on the front for them to open on their special day saying it is from you.
Will I get a receipt/Vat receipt ?
Yes once the work is complete and paid for we can email this to you.
